All of our products are embroidered with custom personalised details, therefore returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. Please  make sure to double check all the details especially the spelling you've provided before ordering.

For Brides sending us their own items to embroider: we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements, as it is your responsibility to ensure the clothing items your sending us to get embroidered is your correct size and fit before sending it to us.
